ALL OUT provided asphalt and concrete services restoring the HOA community's 174 acre property, ensuring limited disruption to traffic patterns and resident life.The Problem
Foxfield at Naamans Creek is a 55+ residential community in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania. The community, managed by two homeowners associations, features 233 Single Homes, 155 Carriage Homes 126 Villas and miles of walking trails for residents. The scope of this project included 100+ driveways and 2 miles of walking trail in need of resurfacing, catch basin and inlets not draining properly causing surrounding sinkholes, and line striping to help direct traffic throughout the community.

ALL OUT’s dedicated team developed a custom asphalt solution to meet the General Manager’s needs – and tight timelines. The innovative project plan supported the resurface of 2 miles of walking trail, service of 10 catch basins and inlets and a fresh sealcoat for 144 residential driveways, completing the job in three days. Stop bars and crosswalks throughout the property were also striped to organize traffic flow and clearly mark areas for vehicles and pedestrian movement.
