Project Overview
In a two year period, ALL OUT provided the full suite of asphalt services covering 18 Dunkin' Donuts parking lot sites in the Greater Philadelphia region.The Problem
Working with the District Manager for a group of Dunkin’ Donuts, ALL OUT was tasked with providing maintenence on parking lots that hadn’t seen service in years. With America running on Dunkin’, you can imagine the history that showed through on these heavily trafficked sites. Potholes, cracked asphalt faded lines and oil stains demanded resolution and ALL OUT took the opportunity to provide the refresh and attention the lots were in desperate need of.
All Out Results
Despite the logistical challenge of keeping each Dunkin’ open during working hours, ALL OUTs phased approach guaranteed no store closures on 18 successful sites covered. Traffic support staff was provided on site, and phasing maps were used to ensure minimal impact to business operations. Frequent communication and video documentation was kept for the client at every step to ensure our teams’ excellent workmanship was in line with our clients’ needs.
